Sanibel Island, FL Homes for Sale & Living Guide

Buying or selling a home on Sanibel Island means working on a barrier island reached by the three-mile Sanibel Causeway, where roughly half the island is part of the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge and the community has been rebuilding since Hurricane Ian in 2022. Homes range from Gulf-front condos to canal and bay-side homes, and elevation, flood insurance and repair history are key questions. I'm Frank Glaab, P.A., a Realtor with Epique Realty, and I help buyers and sellers on Sanibel and in Cape Coral.
